On the back of this photograph, Chuck Morrison writes:
This is a picture of the bridge at Remagen, Germany, after it had collapsed. This was the best of the photos, so had it enlarged. We lost quite a number of men here, as you well remember.
Nazi German Statue

A statue erected by the Germans with a large German eagle on the top, it is now in an enclosure for "DP's" this one being the Polish camp.
The statue reads "DIE TREUE IST DAS MARK DER EHRE"…
