Undated Description An account of the resource Photograph of some children during the Crimson Dawn Park Midsummer's Eve Festival on Casper Mountain. The event was first conceived by local Casper Mountain resident Neal Forsling in the 1920s for her family and friends to celebrate the end of winter at her home with stories and treats. The event continued and expanded, drawing many locals to Forsling's property on Casper Mountain each year.
