Detroit about June 1st. 1908. Claim.s to be K. R. Contractor from

Texas. Ha.s I lue prints of Mining property in Wyoming with
him. Claims to be a member of Elk Lodge in Pittsburg, and wears
Elks pin.

claimed to be a R. R. Contractor from 'bexas; Stole the blue prints
and got a letter of Introduction to bu.'-ines.s men here in this city,

He laid down three checks on the

Banks in Lander, Wyoming, then left.

We hold warrant for thi.s man for getting $105.00 worth of

clothes from J. C. Hasse &amp; Son of thi.s City, and paying for them
with a check for that amount on the First National Bank of l.ander,

Wyoming.

Arrest, hold, and wire at my expense and will send man with

necessary papers.

The owner is a poor man and the team was his only

in holding outfit until I can get there.
