                  <text>We landed on Omar^^^ach,D-Day June 0,194^ on Easy Red beach. The beach was
not easlj but it was red with wounded GI’s. We were one mile off our designated

landing^at Pont De Hoe.The other Ranger companies were right on target.

Through Normandy to St. Malo where I was wounded September 8,1944 in the arm.
Because we were in a combat zone no hospital available.Wound healed itself.
