This photograph was lent to Walter R. Jones by Bill Hancock on September 4, 1982. A copy of it is noted as being on display at War Surplus at 254 West 1st Casper. In the photograph, noted as dating to July 31, 1923, are "Officers Pile and Rod Tanthran and Mary Mendoza Running Belle Readons." The building in upper left portion of photograph is noted as probably the Van Hotel, later known as Van Rooms, which were located at 215 West B. Street.
