Photograph of Bill Landen. Landen was an award-winning sports writer at the Casper Star-Tribune before he started as Special Services Coordinator at Casper College in 1985. At the time of his hire, Landen said 60 percent of his job was to assist College President, Dr. Loyd Loftin, with communications. Landen himself was a 1974 graduate of Casper College. Landen went on to become a Wyoming State Senator.
