Page two of Jean Gallatin Ogilbee's WWII Air Force Service photo album. This photo album documents Jean Gallatin Ogilbee's service in the U.S. Air Force and participation in Bob Hope’s 1957 Christmas tour of the Pacific. The album includes an exhibit featuring her mother, Elizabeth "Neal" Forsling's painted works in Hawaii and other related newspaper clippings, mementos, and printed documents. Jean Gallatin Ogilbee (1920-1982) of Casper, Wyoming, was a member of the U.S. Air Force, stationed at Hickman Air Force Base. In 1957 she participated as a Captain in “Bob Hope’s Christmas GI Show,” which often toured to entertain servicemen abroad. For this tour, the locales chosen were Pacific countries such as Hawaii, Guam, Japan, Korea, China, and India. Her mother, Elizabeth "Neal" Forlsing, joined her on this tour.
