This is a complex anthropomorphic panel. The figure (upper left) represents a "Storm Man", showing thunder and lightning. The upper right hand man is shooting a bow and arrow. The two lower figures (men) have their backs turned, which is a sign of disgrace or shame. They may even be cowards.
