Description
Dinwoody Plate 5
An Anthropomorphic panel. This represents two shamen and a shawoman, dressed in costumes. The shamen are costumed as the buffalo with wings, perhaps to show they belong to the spirit-world; the shawoman is dressed to represent the Bird woman or Thunder Bird. There are several Symbolic designs below the figure.
