Description
Photograph of a meeting of men at the construction cite of the first court house in the City of Casper, Wyoming. This photograph may have been taking in 1908 after Schmidt & Esmay were awarded the contract at a board of county commissioners meeting in November of 1907 (Mokler, 1923). In addition to Schmidt and Essay being listed as contractors on the sign in the photo, it also reads "Kim & Searl are doing the painting and decorating on this Court House."
