This digital exhibit page highlights what the Western History Center is organizing into an 'Anchored Collections" series. You will find analysis and supporting materials related to these collections and the overarching symbolic reasons for holding them in an archives and special collections repository.
An "Anchored Collection" supports academic uses and lifelong learning. Once "anchored," these are collections that have received an advanced level of archival processing to facilitate their discovery and use.
Some of these "Anchored Collections" have been mapped to specific Casper College programs with outlines for potentially engaging projects that reflect Casper College ISLOs and aspects of lifelong learning.
