Late 1397 (p. 203, Lacey) Vere = Truth, To Eliz, He defended Essex in Azores trouble against Raleigh
War of Theatres begins 1601 (Exec. of Essex connected?)
1601 John Sh[akespeare?] dies
Truth is enough: celebration renewed
