General Notes
’72 – May? Robert Bell was spkr in Parl. against Mary—a person whom many thought law could not touch
’71-first clues of Ridolfi Plot (would have [illegible] for[eign] aid to M) [plot to overthrow E in favor of M]
Bradley thinks 71-74 “the most melancholy,” reminiscent of the voice of Hamlet.
Deepest love poem—most personal—sincere
